PDF One Support

Use the app option that asks you to choose a PDF, then select a file from Android document picker or your available file locations.

The save/share location depends on the option selected in the app and your Android device. Some outputs may be saved inside app storage until you share or save a copy.

Use the Share option after an export. Android will show available apps and destinations on your device.

Choose the PDFs, arrange the order, then create and review the merged output before sharing or saving it.

Choose a PDF and enter the pages or ranges you want to extract. The app creates new output from those selections.

Use individual page numbers or ranges such as 1-3. Multiple ranges may be supported depending on the tool screen.

Open PDF to Image, select a PDF, choose pages and generate image outputs.

Use Fill & Edit PDF, open a document, place text on the page and export the edited copy.

Open Sign PDF, create or choose a signature, place it and export the signed document.

Smart Workspace lets you select a document once and then use available tools with the same document more conveniently.

Some PDFs may be damaged, unsupported, encrypted or too large for the device to process comfortably.

Password-protected PDFs may require features that are not available in every tool. Remove protection only if you have permission.

Try opening the file in another PDF viewer first. If it fails there too, the original file may need to be repaired or recreated.

Large files and image-heavy PDFs require more memory and processing time, especially on older phones.

PDFs can include complex fonts, images, page sizes and security settings. Always check important output before relying on it.

Android may request permissions only when a tool needs access, such as camera access for scanning or file access for choosing and saving documents.
